Joanna Bifone is a dedicated and compassionate therapist who is committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients. With a focus on increasing self-awareness and building coping skills, Joanna believes that therapy can help individuals better understand themselves, heal, and move forward with a stronger sense of self. She specializes in working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship/marital problems, pregnancy/parenthood concerns, fertility issues, young adult and life transitions, cancer, grief and loss, as well as the challenges associated with recent world events. In addition to her clinical experience and licensure, Joanna has received additional training in couples/marital therapy through the Gottman Institute and has completed their Bringing Baby Home program. She is also trained in Promoting First Relationships and holds an Infant Mental Health Certificate from the University of Washington. Please note that Joanna currently only accepts clients who reside in Washington state in accordance with state licensure guidelines.
