I’m Jonathan Del Valle, LCSW, a bilingual English/Spanish therapist with experience supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection. My approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in humanistic and person-centered therapy, with additional training in EMDR and evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, respected, and understood, not judged or reduced to a diagnosis. Together, we’ll create a space where you can better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.

03 · What happens next
