I am licensed in Arizona with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, and anger management. My background also includes assisting clients in addressing stress, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I am skilled in meeting clients “where they are” and establishing a level of comfort and trust while also encouraging self-reliance. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
