Judith Sachs

Judith Sachs is a licensed therapist with over 20 years of professional work experience in Florida. Specializing in stress and anxiety, addiction coping, family conflicts, and grief and loss, Judith believes in treating every client with the utmost respect, sensitivity, and compassion. She understands the importance of tailoring the therapy dialogue and treatment plan to meet each individual’s unique and specific needs. With a personal journey of recovery from addiction, Judith actively utilizes her own experiences to support and empathize with those struggling with addiction. She offers a comfortable and safe space for clients to explore their issues, and when meeting in person, she introduces her two co-therapists, “Yogi” and “Bear,” who are Shih Tzus and ensure confidentiality.
