Julie Smith (LPCC)

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with experience working with adults and adolescents of all backgrounds with a variety of presenting issues. I have worked in several different clinical settings and have knowledge in counseling problems such as; stress, anxiety, depression, parenting, self-esteem, etc. My belief is that we all strive to do our best and have the ability to live a healthy and fulfilling life by taking time to focus on the self and our needs. I use an eclectic approach and draw from many therapeutic modalities to find the best fit for each client to serve their individual needs. I promise to provide my clients with understanding, support, and encouragement while helping them access their inner strength for healing and promoting progress.
