I have had incredible opportunities working with adults, children, teens and the elderly in various settings as a clinician. I utilize a strength-based, mindfulness and solution-focused approach to therapy. I am also versed in the framework of astrology as a tool for self-understanding for those that are interested in this modality. We all possess the ability to improve the quality of relationships that we have with the world and most importantly the relationship that we have with our selves.
