Kaitlin Naatjes

Kaitlin Naatjes is a licensed clinical professional counselor, yoga instructor, and reiki practitioner with extensive experience working from an integrative and holistic perspective. She believes in integrating mind, body, and spirit nurturance to heal the whole person. As a therapist, Kaitlin creates a safe space for clients to explore their needs and tailors each session to address areas of growth and desired change. She is committed to working collaboratively with individuals and couples to achieve healthy relationships, a healthy lifestyle, and personal growth. Kaitlin specializes in treating depression, anxiety, relationship/sexual issues, motivation, pre/postnatal experiences, self-esteem, food concerns, and body image issues. Her treatment approach includes implementing coping skills, as well as identifying and processing past experiences that contribute to current symptoms. Kaitlin has a wide range of training and experience, having received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of New Mexico, her master’s degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, her yoga instructor certificate from Nebraska, and her reiki practitioner certificate from South Dakota. She now resides in Chicago and runs her private practice called Bella Valore, LLC, where she helps clients heal and cope with relationships to create a happy and fulfilled life
