I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working in Mental Healthcare for over 7 years. I approach healing from a holistic sense and see great value in taking stock of your past, making peace with the many parts of yourself, while also equipping you with tools to use in the here and now. I intend to make therapy and healing something you enjoy and to help you move forward in life with a clearer sense of self and enhanced mind and body connection. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
