I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Delaware with over 13 years of experience working in the human service field. I have worked in group, individual, and family therapy across different settings. I attended Delaware State University for both my undergraduate and MSW degrees. In addition, I obtained my license in clinical social work. I am also a proud member of the Air Force Reserve and recently celebrated 17 years. I have experience in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, stress management, opposition, and substance use. I have worked in several settings to include: group homes, outpatient, community-based, Intensive Outpatient, inpatient behavioral hospitals, and Medication Assisted Treatment programs. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, compassion and from a trauma informed perspective. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for us to discuss the challenges that you may be facing. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, family functional therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, and the transtheoretical model (Stages of Change). I use a person-centered approach to tailor our dialog and treatment to meet your unique and specific needs. I look forward to working with you as you take your journey to healing.
