I am licensed in Florida with 3 years of professional work experience. I specialize in working with individuals to overcome grief, addiction, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, eating disorders and relationship challenges. My goal is to have my client’s achieve personal and professional success, develop healthier self-worth, better self-confidence, and strengthen their bonds with themselves and others. I work with my clients to identify triggers and I assists them in managing and reducing symptoms in order to help them become more grounded. I have extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. It is my goal to ensure every client receives a personalized experience. I help them achieve high levels of external success and assists them in connecting to their internal self.
