About Karisa Quick's service

I’m passionate about helping people move past traumatic experiences like dealing with suicidal thinking, depression, and anxiety, not being accepted by their family, de-converting from Religion, I genuinely care about who you are as a person and want to get to know you! My approach is a collaboration with you. We will work together to engage you in practices that bring more fulfillment into your life. My main approaches include compassion-focused, empathy, trauma-informed, authenticity, connection, and growth. I have a Master of Arts in Clinical and Educational Counseling from Azusa Pacific University. I have worked in a psychiatric hospital, private practices and, school settings to help clients deal with current life stressors, heal and grow from trauma. I believe when we change ourselves for the better we can change the world. Your healing will in turn help others. My goal is to develop healing, hope, love, connection, and empathy for yourself, people, animals, and nature.
