Welcome and thank you for visiting my profile! I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in teaching my clients how to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and grief. I also have experience with clients who wish to explore their gender identity, exhibit symptoms of schizophrenia/psychosis, and bipolar disorder. I take a holistic, person centered approach while utilizing my clinical judgement, rapport, and insight to help guide you towards your goals. I am trained in and utilize Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Heart Rate Variation (Biofeedback) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and Nurturing Parenting, to name a few.
