Choosing a counselor is an important step, and I am committed to providing a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe that every individual has unique strengths, and together we can identify the tools and strategies that help you move toward the life you want.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and groups in a variety of settings, including outpatient therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), crisis intervention, and both in-person and telehealth services. I have supported clients through parenting challenges, marital and relationship concerns, divorce, career transitions, finding purpose and direction in life, stress management, and the unique experiences of first responders. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, dissociation, and other challenges that can impact daily life.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each client's individual needs, goals, and strengths. I believe therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life, and I encourage you to take an active role and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
Above all, I genuinely love what I do. It is a privilege to walk alongside people during some of life's most difficult moments. Whether you are facing a crisis, navigating a major life transition, or simply looking for greater balance and fulfillment, my goal is to provide compassionate support, practical guidance, and a safe environment where healing and growth can take place. You don't have to face life's challenges alone-I look forward to helping you build the confidence, resilience, and skills needed to move forward.
