Kathryn Conly

My name is Kathryn Conly. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with close to thirty years experience. I have worked in a wide range of settings (private practice, inpatient, outpatient intensive care, and schools) with a large variation of individuals and their families. I work with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, mood disorders, psychosis, and with relationship concerns. I do marriage counseling as well as family and child related conflicts. I have a non-judgmental approach with huge amounts of compassion and understanding for the discomforts and suffering of my clients. I am readily available and will commit to seeing you realize your goals in therapy. I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and relationship strategies. It is most important to identify what you want to get out of therapy and decide what approaches work best for you. I n working with my clients, I draw wisdom from a perennial philosophy (philosophy which has survived over time and cultures), spiritual practices, and mindfulness techniques. I believe that all human suffering and pscyho-emotional problems are NOT a necessary factor of our human existence. I believe we can learn to be fearless and unstoppable in our dreams in life, we just not identify where we are being “stopped” in our life aspirations.
