I believe in meeting each and every client where they are and ensuring that you are heard, respected, and understood, no matter the circumstances. What you will not find here is a cookie-cutter approach to therapy, but instead a therapist who thinks outside of the box, empathizes, truly cares, and will support you fully during this process and strive to make this experience as positive as possible. I’ve worked in the mental health field for almost 20 years and I became a licensed therapist in 2020. I specialize in trauma-informed care and believe that while our trauma does play a role in our lives, it does not get to dictate who we are to become and our potential to heal. In addition, I also specialize in behavior, family dynamics, communication, and relationships. I look forward to providing you a safe space for processing, venting, working through trauma, learning healthy coping skills, and becoming the best version of yourself possible.
