My name is Keshia Milledge; I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background, including people with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life-changing adjustments. I provide counseling services using a positive and holistic approach. Finding balance and maintaining a healthy inner sense of peace are important. I like a person-centered approach, meaning you are in charge, you set the pace, and you should always be comfortable during therapy. Typically, rapport building is the first focus. I want to develop an understanding of who you are. My clients gain a sense of connectedness, comfort, and trust. Throughout the therapeutic process, clients are empowered and eager to seek growth.
