I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the great state of Texas with 22 years of professional work experience. For the past 13 years I have worked with all branches of active duty military located on Fort Sam Houston, in San Antonio, Texas. I am very strong in the areas of treating people with PTSD, depression, bipolar and other mood disorders. You and I will decide your goals and I will do what I can to help you achieve your goals. Mental health issues are not a result of a character flaw. You cannot think yourself happy or” just snap out of it”. I can provide with education and information on how to manage your symptoms. I am also a COVID long-hauler. I have been living with COVID symptoms since November 2020. I can provide you some support and let you know what has helped me while still struggling with post-COVID. The feedback I have consistently gotten throughout my career is that I am genuine and sincere. No BS. If I don’t know how to help, then I will refer you on to someone who can.
