Hello, we are Counsel The Mind, LLC, and we are Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Qualified Mental Health Professionals. We LOVE working with adolescents and adults struggling to maintain their mental health. We are experienced with treating depression, anxiety, teen concerns, women and men concerns, spiritual care, parenting concerns, career, finding new ways to help manage symptoms, and teaching new coping skills. The focus of our sessions will be the specific and current situation. Focusing on the client’s coping skills and teaching new coping skills.
