I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida with over 14 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and addictions. I helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My experience includes working in a hospital setting, intensive outpatient, and private practice. My experience in these settings include telehealth as well as in person individual and groups sessions. My therapy style is caring and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, solution focus therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma informed care and rational-emotive therapy. I also have experience working with EMDR. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Wanting to make changes to better your mental and emotional health takes courage, It is my goal to support your journey by providing a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. My availability is mostly Friday eastern daytime, with a few even hours on Tuesday. I look forward to working with you!
