Kimberly Mendoza is an experienced therapist who understands the courage it takes to seek change and applauds those who take the first steps towards a more fulfilling life. With a wealth of life experience and personal growth, Kimberly has confronted her own challenges and received counseling along the way, making her well-equipped to support clients in their own journeys. Having studied psychology and neuroscience since the age of 17, Kimberly has specialized in various counseling models to create personalized therapy plans for each client. Graduating from Rollins College in Florida, known for its exceptional counselor education program, Kimberly has worked with clients ranging from 17 to 70 years old, with a focus on depression, anxiety, and life changes. With a strong belief in the therapeutic relationship, Kimberly looks forward to embarking on the journey of therapy with clients.
