Kirsten Suarez is a licensed family and marriage counselor in California since 2018. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, specializing in treatment for individuals diagnosed with Autism and other developmental delays for over 12 years. Kirsten has extensive experience working with adults facing various challenges such as depression, anxiety, anger management, ADHD, parenting difficulties, and life changes. Her counseling style is characterized by warmth, collaboration, and support. Kirsten believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, rejecting stigmatizing labels. She combines cognitive-behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused, and humanistic approaches to tailor the dialog and treatment plan to meet each client’s unique needs.
