Kirstina Quast is a licensed independent clinical social worker in Minnesota with over 8 years of experience as a psychotherapist. With a diverse background in various aspects of the social service system, including adult and children’s mental health, residential treatment, child welfare, and adoption/foster care services, Kirstina is well-equipped to work with individuals facing a wide range of concerns. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, career stressors, infertility concerns, mood disorders, trauma, domestic violence, and grief/loss. She has received specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), attachment concerns, adoption competency, and eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR).
