Hi! I’m Kristen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with individuals and groups. Before that, I worked as a certified and licensed recreational therapist, which allows me to bring creative and expressive techniques into therapy. My approach is warm, genuine, and often sprinkled with humor as we work together to help you discover your best self. I’m especially passionate about supporting women throughout their motherhood journey as well as helping people understand symptoms of ADHD.
