Kristin Wise

Kristin Wise is a licensed counselor with almost 15 years of experience in the field. She is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maryland and has worked with a diverse range of clients, including children and adults. Kristin specializes in crisis counseling, individual therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducation. In addition to her counseling background, Kristin also holds an MBA and is certified in Human Resources Management. Through her experiences, Kristin has discovered her true passion for helping professional women navigate the challenges they face. She understands the unique pressures that women often face, juggling multiple roles and prioritizing the needs of others. Kristin’s goal is to provide support to women struggling with work/life balance, career issues, and other life changes that impact their overall well-being. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help her clients change their thought patterns and approach life with less stress and improved mental health. Kristin believes that our thoughts are powerful and often overlooked, and she encourages her clients to slow down and examine their thoughts to gain perspective.
