Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! I believe that therapy should feel like a soft landing and awakening. I have provided cognitive behavioral therapy to hundreds of diverse individuals of all ages over the last 8 years in my previous roles as a group home Residential Counselor, Family Intervention Specialist, Veteran Care Manager, Addiction Counselor, and Therapist.
