I have been working in the mental health field for over 30 years. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Working since 2012 in North Carolina. I have worked with clients with wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, behavioral management, relationship issues, parenting, and crisis management. I specialize in trauma and emotional abuse. My therapy style is encouraging and interactive. I treat everyone with respect and compassion. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, person-centered approach, and solution-focused. Therapy is a collaboration; therefore, my job is not to instruct or advise, but to empower you to create the change you wish to see. I am excited and look forward to working with you.
