I am licensed in Washington with 29 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress reduction tools, combating anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, and a variety of overcoming various addictions and embracing recovery from such as well personal and professional motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression and a variety of other stressors. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where you and I can share thoughts and feelings in confidence without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! Also, I understand that with busy life and work schedules, it can be difficult to coordinate therapy sessions during business hours. Although I have set hours to conduct sessions during the week days, I am also amenable to evening and weekend hours if I have availability. Rest assured, do not let your busy schedule interfere with your mental health and emotional well-being. We can work together to coordinate care for your unique situation, responsibilities, and personal demands. I’m excited to get to know you and am honored that you are willing to share your journey with me.
