I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in California with over 20 years of mental health work experience. I have experience working with children, families, young adults, couples and adults of all ages. I have helped individuals work through stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with crisis intervention services.
