I'm a licensed clinical social worker in Michigan who works with adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, trauma, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside, but internally they feel overwhelmed, stuck in worry, ruination, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves and their relationships.
My approach is structured, practical, creative, and compassionate. I integrate evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, and attachment-focused work to help you calm your nervous system, understand patterns that keep you stuck, and build skills that create real, lasting change. Therapy with me is collaborative, not just a place to vent, but a space where we develop tools you can use in your daily life. We won't just talk about problems, we'll work together to create meaningful, lasting change.
I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, OCD, trauma, burnout, communication/control difficulties, attachment and relationship issues, including accepting difficult life transitions. I strive to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and non-judgmental while also helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Seeking support is a strong, important first step. If you're ready to better understand yourself, feel more emotionally steady, and make real changes in your life, I would be honored to work with you.
