My work targets trauma recovery, limiting beliefs, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, and life adjustments. I want to add that I do not have training in addiction recovery nor do I provide parenting skills/coaching. We will collaborate on treatment goals that are easy to understand and easy to apply to your everyday life, including optional practice exercises to try in-between sessions. My experience in trauma-informed counseling has included combat veterans, adult children of abuse, and those suffering from immediate stress or trauma, such as mass shootings or natural disasters, as well as ongoing stressors from adverse experiences.
