I am an experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker committed to personalize your therapeutic process by implementing person centered, goal directed guidance. For over 30 years I have had the opportunity to work with individuals with diverse backgrounds and challenges. I am skilled at working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety/ depression, self-esteem issues, women’s issues, domestic violence and/or coping with change. I use motivational interviewing and solution based therapy to help clients to set and achieve their goals.
