Lisa Cruz (LPC)

Hi, my name is Lisa Cruz. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. I have a master’s degree in psychology. I have counseled college students and worked at a community mental health center. I have experience working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, mood swings, anger issues, psychosis, and other mental health symptoms. I have worked with youth and adults. I have an eclectic approach when it comes to counseling. I like to combine different modalities of counseling, such as person-centered, CBT, and solution-focused therapy. I strive to help my clients identify and achieve their goals. My goal is to help clients build their coping skills, so that they can move forward in life and enjoy all that life has to offer.
