I am a professional counselor licensed in Alabama with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with clients of all ages with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, trauma, and ADHD. My therapy style is interactive and client-centered. I believe in treating every client with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
