I am nonjudgmental, a natural helper, and a “people person”. I enjoy getting to know people and helping them process their feelings. My two masters degrees are in Family Therapy snd School Counseling. I have extensive training in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) aka “Tapping” – an evidence-based therapy to clear trauma and lower cortisol levels and anxiety.
