Lovinda Dabo

Lovinda Dabo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 5 years of experience supporting individuals and families. She obtained her graduate school education at The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California, and her undergraduate education in Childhood Development at California State University Eastbay. Lovinda has worked with clients facing various concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, career challenges, ADHD, childhood trauma, and self-esteem challenges. Her counseling style is warm, interactive, and down to Earth, ensuring that all clients are treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, without stigmatizing labels. Lovinda’s approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and family counseling, allowing her to tailor the treatment plan to meet each client’s unique needs.
