Hello! Therapy is often a matter of tipping the first domino. My goal is not to just simply talk about problems and feelings, but to help make positive change from whatever creates barriers in life. That may be anxiety, depression, trauma, or maybe just that very human feeling of being stuck. In my practice, I believe in uncovering the “why” behind our actions and core beliefs by looking at our past along side of our present. I am licensed in Colorado with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, and coping skills.
