I’m a therapist with six years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, along with nine years of experience as a high school counselor. I especially love working with teenagers and helping them navigate the pressures, emotions, relationships, and changes that come with growing up. I find it incredibly meaningful to help teens feel understood, build confidence, and recognize their strengths.
I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and free from judgment.

Mariah practises through BetterHelp, so the route in is BetterHelp's. This is that sequence, written by Maker Therapy from the platform's published process - not a description of Mariah's own practice, and not a promise about how quickly anything happens.
BetterHelp opens with a set of questions about what you are dealing with, what you want from therapy, and any preferences on the therapist. You are not booking Mariah at this point.
