I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Texas with over 10 years of experience working as a counselor/therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, lack of motivation, low self-esteem, life changes, and unhealthy coping skills. My counseling approach is person-centered and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, as everyone has their story to tell. The approaches I use combine cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused and positive psychology.
