My name is Marissa, and I am a licensed therapist in Oklahoma with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & coping with addiction and recovery. I prefer to use a solution-focused approach, identifying the strengths you already have and empowering you to work towards your unique goals. I pull from research and evidence-based treatments to provide the most effective treatment experience. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process! I have limited availability, currently only scheduling sessions on Saturdays and Sundays unless otherwise scheduled on a case-by-case basis.
