My therapy services address various life concerns such as personal growth, spiritual growth, relationships, emotions, behaviors, mood swings, addictions, or life-controlling issues. The therapy style incorporates motivational counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, and reality therapy based on the client’s needs. Techniques used include individual counseling (talk therapy), substance use disorder recovery planning and relapse prevention skills, facilitation of decision-making, and goal setting. Homework exercises may be provided as required. For significant legal, financial, medical, or other areas outside my expertise, appropriate referrals to independent professionals will be made.
