Martha Witkowski

Martha Witkowski is a multiculturally aware and bilingual independently licensed mental health therapist who believes in the power of compassion and relationship building in the healing process. With a trauma-informed, dialectical, and person-centered approach, Martha has 9 years of experience working in the mental health field and holds a degree from John Carroll University. She has worked with clients in various community mental health settings, addressing a wide range of issues from situational life stress to severe mental illness. Martha’s special interests include PTSD and trauma-related disorders, anxiety disorders, life transitions, parenting issues, existential issues, couples counseling, and personality disorders. She has also conducted multiple research projects on anxiety and the efficacy of different treatment modalities. Martha is equipped with the skills, expertise, and compassion to help individuals with diverse concerns.
