Mary Wheeler, a dedicated and experienced therapist with over 30 years of experience, understands that life is not always easy. She believes that it is through overcoming challenges and setbacks that we grow and develop. Mary is passionate about helping individuals who are struggling, in pain, and feeling lost, to improve their lives significantly. She approaches each therapy session with respect, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. Mary’s therapeutic approach is humanistic, holistic, and eclectic, drawing from various theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, among others. She believes in empowering her clients and providing them with the tools they need to make therapy time-limited and successful. Mary incorporates her roots in Western and Eastern traditions, as well as her knowledge of Christianity, Judaism, and Buddhism, into her practice, while always respecting and honoring the client’s personal beliefs.
