Trauma Survivors and those in addiction recovery, if you are ready to work to the height of what’s possible for your mental health, I am licensed in California and Wisconsin with 23 years of professional work experience. I have helped clients with trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss. I have had the privilege of working with our military members, as a Department of Defense contractor as well as our veterans, providing thousands of Service Members the resources language to make the most of the care available to them. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I can teach you the steps of the method that will help you become more resilient and resolve many, if not all, of your past traumas.
