I am a licensed therapist in Indiana, with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and six years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, alcohol and drug addiction, and relationship issues. My counseling style is client-centered and empathetic. I’m here to listen and to help you talk about, think through, and process the situations that are causing difficulties and negatively affecting your emotional well-being. My intention is to offer you a safe, non-judgmental place where you can be open and honest about what you’re experiencing and how you’re feeling.
