Megan Shipley (LICSW)

Hello hello! My name is Megan, and I’ve been working as a licensed therapist for the past 5 years. I consider it a privilege to be able to deeply know and walk with people through their process of growing and healing. I take a holistic and relational approach in my therapy; I like to build respect and trust, and then work together to figure out how to better understand and overcome the complex obstacles we face in pursuit to a more fulfilling life. I use trauma-informed approaches to build resiliency through mental, emotional, and spiritual growth.
