Melinda Stroda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Missouri with nine years of experience working alongside individuals as they make positive changes in their lives. She has extensive experience working with individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and life-changing situations. Melinda takes a solution-focused, client-centered, and strengths-based approach, drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Theory.
