I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field with adults, teens, and youth. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, self esteem, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma. My counseling style is calm and inviting. I know that when a person is treated with compassion and respect they can feel empowered for change.
