Hello. I am a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania with over 23 years of experience. I have worked in a variety of settings with children, teens, and adults to manage a number of concerns including; depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family and relationship issues, attention and concentration (ADHD) and overcoming traumas. I have been blessed with a very rewarding career that I truly enjoy and continue to grow and educate myself so that I may better help others. Over the years I have learned everyone is capable of change and personal growth if given the support needed to identify their individual strengths and abilities. I also believe that each person is unique and deserves a therapy style/type that best fits their situation and goals. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and The Humanistic Approach though I am very flexible so that I can tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. I am a very compassionate and non-judgmental person and have been told many times that I am very approachable and easy to talk to. I will always welcome your feedback and hope you will be open about what is most comfortable for you. Asking for help truly takes courage and I am so glad you have taken this first step! Change can be scary and I know this isn’t an easy process, but I will be there to support and encourage you through your journey of personal growth.
