These struggles can include, but are not limited to overcoming a difficult relationship, working through a loss, finding your place in life, moving past assault and abuse. I believe it shouldn’t be so hard to live, feel, and think, yes think more productively. People can and do change. There is hope and answers that I can help you find. You will know you’re being heard and validated. As a Licensed professional Counselor, I offer therapy to people and families. I offer a safe and inclusive experience so you can move forward and take that first step. You have shown a lot of courage and fortitude by asking for help. .
