I am a licensed in therapist in Massachusetts with 5 years of professional work experience. I have also worked in the addiction field for over 10 years. I have experience in helping clients with many mental health issues including: trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self esteem, motivation, & confidence building and addiction recovery. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, compassion and I believe in the power of the human spirit. I have helped clients realize their self worth through insight building, effective listening and psychoeducation on neurology.
